I had an appointment with RB today and wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received. RB was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and created a warm environment.
Unfortunately, my appointment didn’t go as planned, as I became unwell during my visit. I was quite embarrassed, but RB and the team handled the situation with incredible kindness and professionalism. They checked on me, made sure I was okay, offered to walk me to my car, and wanted to ensure I had a safeway home.

I went to the salon with my mom for her hair color and haircut, and even though it was our first time meeting Shaven, he made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. He was extremely friendly, kind, and professional. He even accepted my walk-in appointment and gave me an amazing haircut — I absolutely loved the result! The whole experience felt very warm and genuine, not awkward at all like meeting someone for the first time. I’ll definitely be booking with Shaven again soon for more services. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience with my stylist, Freshta. She was truly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire appointment. I got both my lashes done and highlights for my hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
What stood out the most was how much they genuinely care about your satisfaction. Freshta took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, explained each step, and made sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. The quality of her work and her attention to detail are outstanding.
