Love that there is parking for customers right in front of their business and if they are full due to other customers there is easy visitor parking and nearby street parking. Feel very welcome the minute I enter the store even when I’m going to a class upstairs. Always a very friendly welcome from the staff. Always a great experience and highly recommend Castle Sewing to others when they are looking for a fabric store or classes.
I just went there yesterday to pick up one spool of thread and a pack of sewing needles, like 12$ and I was treated as if I was spending 1,200$ very friendly, helpful and a well organized store !
Great service! I called to get my Serger serviced and was given an appointment day with a turn around of less than a week. All went exactly as planned and the staff are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend Castle.( For me, worth the drive compared to 10+ week wait elsewhere where I had to drop my machine off & leave it or lose my place in line)Castle, I will be back! *****
