We have had Bright Clean Maid Services for quite a few years and have been very happy with their service. Never had any issues with billing or attitudes or scheduling etc. We use them for our business and our relatives use them as well. Thank you for doing a great job!
This is a hard review to give - the cleaning team we had for the last few years was generally pretty good and were friendly. Of course there were blips but for the most part, our regular crew was lovely, especially Belinda. She is beyond amazing and if we could have kept just her, we would have. The cleaning crew is the ONLY reason there are any stars at all.
The real issue is with the owner. She is rude, condescending and scattered. She can't keep her books straight and then yells at the customer when she screws up billing and it takes more than 24hrs to get a bill paid. We are a business and we run like a normal business.
