My IBC boiler was not able to supply heat to the house and Darshan was extremely quick to respond and arrived at my place within 10 minutes after the call. He was very professional and provided a quick and temperary fix to the problem so I could have a warm home. He was able to come again 2 weeks later despite being super busy and resolved the issue with the IBC support center that took 1.5hrs of wait time. He charged me fairly and was able to save me from unnecessary expenses. I would definitely book him another time to service my systems. Great work!
I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Blue Sea Plumbing. I called on a Friday evening, and Darshan offered to come first thing the following morning. He called ahead, arrived promptly, and immediately identified the issue with my hot water boiler. He also corrected a problem caused by a previous technician who had failed to do the job properly and left me without heat in the middle of winter.
