I had to get a membership with BCAA the other day as I had some issues with my vehicle and didn’t want to risk another $90 for a jump start. As I already knew they provide insurance services I felt it would be a better option to deal with them because they have a very good reputation as a company. My agent was the same woman who served me for acquiring the membership so we already had a good communication level and I was finished ✅ with my renewal in 10 minutes. Highly recommended

My “specialty” car broke down and was towed here. I was worried my car would get misdiagnosed and overcharged. Instead, they found the cause (which I suspected) and was looking for someone else who can fix it better instead of trying themselves. Refreshing honesty, transparency and professionalism.
