B.B. Nails is a friendly salon that offers a range of nail services, including acrylic sets, pedicures, and fills. Customers appreciate the good work and the kind, patient staff. One customer praised the technician for keeping nails natural and thin, fulfilling their request. The staff are described as friendly and thorough, with some noting that the work is detailed and well done. However, there are concerns about communication, as some staff do not speak English and may talk among themselves, which can feel rude to customers. Overall, B.B. Nails is recommended for quality nail care and a welcoming atmosphere.
I come here for my pedicures. The ladies here are always friendly and professional. I don’t like when people chat with me much when I’m getting a pedicure. I appreciate that they don’t ask me too many questions. I also like that it’s clean. Great for quick to the point pedicures if you don’t mind the aesthetic of the salon. I’ve never gotten my hands done here. Can’t say how that is. One time my toe nail polish chipped and the girls fixed it 2 days later. If there’s an issue, they are happy to fix it. 10/10 highly recommend
I came in wanting to remove my gel polish that I had at a different nail salon because it felt too thick and fake looking. Cindy helped me with my manicure and assured me she could do a fill and keep it very thin and natural. She was kind funny and very good at her job. My nails look great and I especially appreciate that she kept her word my nails looked natural and thin. I will definitely come back to see Cindy again!
The services was great. My problem was they were not speaking English. They were laughing and talking back and forth. This is rude as their customers have no idea what they r saying
