Always busy but good staff and knowledgeable . The Apple stores interior layout is ALWAYS sharp, neat and minimalist. Gotta love Apple !!! an Apple a day is the only way, but be warned, you will want to stay!

Went to Apple - Guildford 2x today (Boxing Day) . Gurmanan (not sure if I spelled her name right) was soooooo helpful and patient with us. The first time was around noon when I had to exchange my new phone with a different color and asked her if she could help me transfer data from my old phone. As it was soooo busy and we couldn’t stay too long, she taught me how I could do the transfer myself at home and return another time to claim the trade in value of the old phone. We came back around 8pm and she was still working. Though she was busy with other customers, she recognized us and waved and smiled at us as we were lined up to see a rep.
