Dr Renu and all her staff are fabulous. Each visit we find Apollo staff professional, knowledgeable, caring, approachable, reasonably priced and the office is super clean. My dog Tikka loves going to the Vet. Sounds crazy but it’s true. She dances around the waiting area and can’t wait to see Dr Renu and all the staff. Tikka has all her annual care and boards here overnight several times a year. Plus Tikka had surgery for ripping one of her toes almost off. We also had a scary week of vomiting/diarrhea that needed treating. Tikka is 3.5 yr old GSP and under Dr Renu’s care since she was 6 months old. One of things that is a huge benefit is Apollo is open extended hours 7 days a week. Which is awesome for boarding during the day /overnight or last minute appointments. In Maple Ridge, Surrey, Prince George and Arizona and by far Dr Renu has been the most knowledgeable, supportive and has never tried to over charge or upsale. I’ve always appreciated the extra time they give me as well. Going above and beyond explaining what is needed for Tikka’s care. I am a retired Registered Nurse and truly grateful for all the love and care Tikka has received. I hope Surrey residents are aware of how lucky we are to have Apollo Animal Hospital and all the dedicated staff. Definitely not an easy find in other parts of the Province or even Arizona. With much respect.
