Irvin Sandhu is a good listener and very knowledgeable. He has used lasers, shock therapy, dry needling and other techniques on my various injuries. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a physiotherapist.

I really enjoyed working with Cindy to do my shoulder rehab. She always had great recommendations for me to improve my recovery, and also found it very helpful, the at-home exercises accompanied by the app, to make sure I was staying true to my rehab schedule. Thanks again.

i booked a massage with Ivana Nagina, and it was so much more than just a typical massage. Ivana took the time to share valuable insights on proper breathing techniques, lifestyle adjustments, and overall wellness strategies that really made a difference. i learned a lot during the session and left feeling both refreshed and educated. i was so impressed that i’ve already booked my next appointment! highly recommended!
