Air-Vac was excellent. Terry and Kyle were very friendly, professional, and super clean. They wore boot covers when they we're in our home and we're extremely thorough when cleaning all our 9 vents (dryer, ceiling, bathroom and bedroom vents) and 2 vent motors in each of our 4-plex units. They not only cleaned them from inside the home, they went ot the roof and cleaned them from there as well where they found some of the vents we're clogged. Our previous contractor (different company) never examined the roof top vents so we we're very grateful at the extra effort. In the past, vent cleaners left dust under the vents (on my desk and the floor), but Terry and Kyle left everything super clean. They used film to cover the vents before blowing dust out of them and wore booties.
Our strata complex is 52 units in the Tri City area. We had Air-Vac Services come out and provide us with the inside/ outside method. Everything was seamless, from the first email to the last unit cleaned. Brad is very responsive and returned emails quickly. Rob and his assistant were great and very patient with our owners. Very happy with the job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
