Ken was a wonderful person to deal with, would absolutely recommend for any key cutting needs. I had some house keys duplicated and they work flawlessly. Very friendly, courteous, kind service, Ken is incredibly knowledgeable with over 50 years of experience. The young lad helping with the payment process was really nice as well. Normally I don't leave reviews, but sometimes I have such a positive and encouraging experience that I feel I owe the business a positive review as a thanks for the exceptional standard and quality. It's definitely not as common as it used to be.

Had a situation where the front door of my strata would not lock, called, and within a half hour was there doing what he could. This wasn't his area of expertise, but he contacted whose it was and fixed my almost nightmare. A credit to his profession and company. Thanks!
