We would like to send a shout out to United Floors in Sidney, BC. When we first visited their store, we were immediately impressed by the attentiveness and patience of their salesperson. We were in the process of renovating our entire house and building an addition, had been visiting many suppliers, and United Floors' customer service stood out. They helped us find what we needed and stay within our budget. The installer equally impressed us, working quickly and meticulously with lovely finishing touches. When some of our flooring planks were defective, they replaced them. This is a company who will stick with you until you are happy. We will take all of our future flooring business to United Floors!

Our family had our home redone with new carpet and vinyl flooring in the bathrooms. United did an unreal job patiently walking us through the process, and answered all our questions with regards to those REALLY tough design choices. Plus, their installers did an amazing job with the install. Looks amazing!!
