Patients have praised the excellent communication, efficient appointment booking, and timely service provided by the doctors, reception, and nursing staff. The clinic offers a range of services, including same-day phone appointments for prescription refills, and has an updated online and phone booking system. While parking is limited, with only one disabled spot, there is ample free on-street parking available. Great staff and MD's. Have updated online and phone booking system. Locum MD's for same day phone appt for RX refills, etc. Great location if you're in Sydney or Saanich area. Limited office parking with one Disabled spot, but plenty of on street free 2hr parking.
I was very happy to get a toenail referral to see Dr. Josiah Ng. What an awesome doctor and great service! I've already made recommendations to others with persistent ingrown toenail issues, and I am literally writing an email to a friend of mine (in another window) suggesting he request a consult with Dr. Ng.
He's so friendly, personable, and clearly describes the process and what to expect. Keep up the awesome work!
I have neen a patient of one particular female Doctor at this clinic for a total of at least 9 years (with approximately 4 years at Three Cedars in Sidney).
I have also one particular Locum male Doctor MANY times at this same clinic; whom chose to become a partner in the Clinic about 1.5 years ago ...thus in late 2022.
There is one Office Staff member who has been at thus Sidney, BC clinic for 4 or 5 years...good consistency.
I have to say that both the female & male doctors I spoke about here; have been fantastic for me; which I turn 75 years this month; June 2024.
The office staff have been equally wonderful!!
