These guys are awesome. My check engine light came on today in my relatively new Plug-in Hybrid. The dealership couldn't get me in even for diagnostics for 6 weeks. I called Steve's Service this morning and they had me swing by this afternoon. They ran diagnostics, told me what it looked like was wrong (and reassured me that it wasn't an immediate emergency, it wasn't dangerous to drive my car) - gave me great advice on how to take care of it (that included going somewhere else for work, because another shop would be able to get me in for work sooner than Steve's Service could schedule), and then sent me on my way - WITHOUT charging me an arm and a leg. Someone backed into us on the ferry and we wanted to make sure there was no damage before carrying on with our trip. Steve assessed our vehicle, checked the oil and under the hood for no charge and assured us there was no damage. Fantastic quick service, really appreciate the help and peace of mind!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this auto shop and I was very impressed with the friendly helpful staff. Most importantly, they squeezed us into their busy schedule and got our SUV back on track with good advice for our mountain trip.
