Dr Follows was very professional and calm. I was so nervous about the procedure ahead of time. The freezing was painless. The procedure was very quick. He was done in about 15-20 minutes. I knew I was in excellent hands. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with providing before and after care. I found the website extremely helpful as well. Things could not have been smoother. Many thanks!

Absolutely painless. Dr. Follows is professional and informative. His procedure is so quick, he truly knows what he's doing. I went in with a few fears, but they were all assuaged.Special shout out to Beth in reception. We had wonderful conversations in the time that I was there. So much so that I stayed well past my mandated 15 minutes after the procedure. Thank you to the whole clinic for being patient and informative through this whole process.
