The clinic's receptionist and staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent before and after care. Patients praise the clinic's informative approach and grateful for the smooth and efficient process.
Staff was great, and Dr. Follows was very professional. I got in quickly, and the fee is way more reasonable than the trip to Vancouver. Bedside manner was great and allowed my nerves to de-escalate from the fear of the procedure
My procedure was relatively pain-free with a short recovery time and zero complications. I particularly liked how office staff and Dr Follows eased my anxiety prior to and during the operation with their calm nature and humour. While the vasectomy is unfortunately no longer covered by MSP, I feel the cost is reasonable given his 30+ years of experience.
Great experience for what it is! No pain, relaxing environment with some nice background music. Dr. Follows was easy to talk to and was there when I needed to call post vasectomy.Recomendations for future patients.- do absolutely nothing for a week, except go to the bathroom. I did too much and had some bleeding.- buy good pouch underwear so your boys don’t move. Maybe even compression shorts the week after if you go back to a physical job.Good luck!!!
