I had an amazing experience at this branch. I came in 30 minutes before closing and met Jody and told her that I will be buying a truck and might be closer to when they closed. She had no problem helping and even worked after closing hours to insure everything went well and provided the best service. Everyone at this branch is honest and is willing to help with whatever you are doing, I highly recommend this branch as I was given outstanding support and service by Jody and had 0 issue getting everything done.

I recently visited for registration and insurance, and the lady who sits in the cabin provided outstanding service. She was extremely polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. Within a few minutes, she made me trust her so much that I let her decide whatever was best for me. She handled everything smoothly and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I’ll always remember her kindness and will definitely think of her whenever I visit Sicamous again. Highly appreciate her excellent customer service!

I was helped by Jody at this branch. She was really quick and efficient, my work was done with in 5 minutes. They were initially having some technical difficulties but after it was resolved everything went really smooth. The staff was friendly and was asking people who were waiting there if they needed snacks or water. In general a pleasant experience.
