I have found a few agents here do a good job. However, when I told one of their agents that a family member's condo was not for sale at this time, he went ballistic and said "WHY ARE YOU MY ENEMY? I have never received an apology and would never work with a firm that treats people this way.

I was playing a game called GeoGuessr, and I saw a Remax sign on the road. The number was on the sign, so I immediately called. I was very pleased to find exactly where I was. I won my game by 5000 points. Thank you so much Remax. Some of my family members are in the real estate business, so I understand the business side of everything and that it’s hard to make time for all of your clients. I felt extremely happy that they took the time to talk to me. I felt like I was at home with family, even though I live in another country. I took some more time to look at your beautiful town, and I was in love instantly. I am going to ask my parents to move us to British Colombia.... read full review

We recently asked Archie to assist us with finding a home on the Sunshine Coast in BC in June 2014. We were moving from the Lower Mainland, so we had to coordinate our showings to maximize our visits to the coast. We also were not really sure what type of property we wanted. Archie was so incredibly helpful and patient with us, taking the time to organize several showings of different types of property and spending as much time as we needed in order to evaluate each of the properties we saw. He was very educational as well, offering up information and insight about the area and about each of the properties.
