I have found a few agents here do a good job. However, when I told one of their agents that a family member's condo was not for sale at this time, he went ballistic and said "WHY ARE YOU MY ENEMY? I have never received an apology and would never work with a firm that treats people this way.

I was playing a game called GeoGuessr, and I saw a Remax sign on the road. The number was on the sign, so I immediately called. I was very pleased to find exactly where I was. I won my game by 5000 points. Thank you so much Remax. Some of my family members are in the real estate business, so I understand the business side of everything and that it’s hard to make time for all of your clients. I felt extremely happy that they took the time to talk to me. I felt like I was at home with family, even though I live in another country. We recently asked Archie to assist us with finding a home on the Sunshine Coast in BC in June 2014. We were moving from the Lower Mainland, so we had to coordinate our showings to maximize our visits to the coast. We also were not really sure what type of property we wanted. Archie was so incredibly helpful and patient with us, taking the time to organize several showings of different types of property and spending as much time as we needed in order to evaluate each of the properties we saw. He was very educational as well, offering up information and insight about the area and about each of the properties. With every showing, he helped us discover things about the house or the property, but taking an active role in viewing them, not just standing by as we looked around. He explained details about various heating systems, septic systems, a generator and several other house related topics, which we may not have noticed or understood on our own. Archie's demeanor was exceptionally pleasant - he's a very likeable guy and his positivity is infectious. Archie showed us what being a good realtor is all about and at every turn, he was truly excellent, right down to the follow up after we moved in. His negotiating advice proved to be right on point and it was exactly what we needed. His local knowledge is extensive, as is the number of people he knows in the area. As a result, we found our home in Halfmoon Bay and we are very happy and thankful for Archie's help. I would whole heartedly recommend Archie as your realtor if you are looking for property on the Sunshine Coast. I can't imagine any way you could do better.
