My van’s alternator suddenly quit on me. With 2 kids at different schools and a huge number of dance classes and errands, my vehicle is a MUST HAVE! I called Melissa at OK Tire and she didn’t have any appointments available for about 10 days, but she told me to drop it off with them in the meantime and they would see if they could fit it in. I expected to drop it there and not hear from them for at least a few days.

This was a terrific experience with OK Tires from start to finish. I emailed them back and forth a few times with questions and to request a quote. They responded very quickly and professionally. I would like to thank Melissa and the technicians at OK Tire in Sechelt for helping me while I was having trouble with a bad tire on a rental vehicle. I got off the ferry at Langdale and my tire was going flat due to a puncture in the sidewall. I was only going to be in Sechelt for two days from Ontario so I didn't have a lot of time to find a solution. Melissa went above and beyond to help me find a replacement tire and salvage my vacation. Everyone in Sechelt was so nice and made a bad day a good part of my vacation experience. Thank you!!!
