I had an intermittent failure-to-boot problem with my laptop. Took it in to Mainstay (with no appointment!). Matthew took down the symptoms and kept the computer, and Kyle I believe got it working. However, I got it home and it didn't boot at all - black screen! Took it back and Kyle worked on it reseating chips etc. (no additional charge) and now I'm up and reliably running again. Thanks so much.
