I called this morning about my wifi driver on my laptop breaking. Len kindly walked me through the issue and purchasing a part I needed to buy. He willingly spent time with me over multiple calls so that I could try to resolve my issue knowing that if it worked I wouldn't be bringing my computer in. So Thank you Len!
