This is our first experience building our own home. We liked the Linwood home designs and contacted Brad to learn more. Brad was incredibly generous with his time and willingly helped us develop a preferred design (a customized “Cascade”), over a period of one year, before we even committed to anything. Many hours of Zoom calls (we were living abroad) refined our plans and costs, and when it came to making a decision on the land, funnily enough, we would not have looked at the final location had Brad not suggested we check it out. Brad did a great job especially in assisting with the modification of the house plans that we had already drafted up. He is pleasant, creative and very easy to work with. Linwood was generous with their material supply, professional to deal with and we had no issues working with them. I would recommend Linwood to supply your house build package.
Brad was amazing - very easy to work with. He was attentive, answered all my questions, reliable, and extremely pleasant. I was fortunate that we live on the same island, so we could get together in person over the plans for my off-the-grid 320 square foot cabin.He arranged for Linwood Homes to pre-cut the exterior materials, which were delivered to the site by barge.
