All our fur babies are loved and cared for by this clinic and have been since we moved to BC 5 years ago. The staff is loving, caring and amazing at what they do. They have a great team that works hard together.
This clinic has made hard times easier when our heart were filled with grief as we lost our cat recently. They were supportive and made time for us to bring our cat in for cremation. We have an older dog that has on going comfort measures in place that are followed by the team to ensure she is doing ok.
The staff are happy to take my call about questions I have about my old girl and not once have I ever felt my concerns to be dismissed as they have validated and assistedin ensuring my girl can live her best life for the little time she has left.
They really strive to ensure animals are happy, healthy and have the best care. Hands down we have really appreciated and valued the services that this clinic has provided our family with for years and feel blessed to have such caring people there for our fur babies.”
