They were backed up on jobs and it took them quite awhile to get to our roof. However, once they did get started things went smoothly. Work crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to our requests to provide updates on the job status, move their equipment around when we needed access, etc. We have a steep, complicated roof with lots of corners and gullies, but the finished job looks great and cost was as quoted.

Standard Roofing constructed my flat roof in 2017. Recently (2024) I noticed a water stain on an inside wall. I called and Josh came out immediately. Apparently the issue was caused by a poor fix completed by the plumbers when extending the vent pipe through the roof. Josh expertly repaired the problem and didn’t even charge for his time or work. Thank you Josh! Great customer service, years later. Impressive.

This was my first experience with them. I called them last minute. The company in kelowna did a terrible job bending my flashing. They made the adjustments for me and did it right on the spot. I can't thank them enough for their consideration! I will be dealing with standard roofing from now on!
