Walked by enough times, didn't even notice,..., wow an Autoplan agent "Uptown". Today I received "Over the moon" service. Been in the Automotive Indusrty over 40 years, corporate agencies haven't always been staffed with the experience required to get things sorted, Diane so does! Thanks my friends!
Lori and Jeordie (sp? Hopefully I got that right) were amazing!!!! I had a complicated vehicle transfer with buyout of a lease into the company name and layers of power of attorney to make it all work and they answered my questions, worked with me to get the right paperwork and most importantly LISTENED to what I needed and advised accurately so we got it done within an hour.
