Ordered 3 aluminum clad vinyl windows and couldn't be happier with the product and the installation. Installers were careful to not damage the original wood windows that I will restore for another use.

About a month ago I had a garage door that would not close. Shawn said he had some workers in the area and that they would come to help me when done the job they were currently working on. I pleasantly surprised to hear this as I was expecting to have to wait for a day or two at least as I do not live in Salmon Arm. They came by a couple of hours later. It took them a few minutes and they had it working perfectly - it was a quick fix - I just do not know anything about fixing garage doors... anyways the 2 fellows said they doubted that I would be billed as it was simple fix. Salmon Arm Window and Door came out to inspect our garage door as it was making awful sounds when opening and closing. I cannot say enough about their great service. Arrived on time and after inspection I was told it just needed some maintenance. I fully expected it would need more! They are completely honest and trustworthy. A pleasure to deal with. They fixed the problem right away and now it works perfectly To sum this up Shawn and his crew were very kind, courtesy and respectful I certainly would highly recommend them without hesitation
