Outstanding service call. Edward, the service tech with Proair Heating and Cooling was very professional, informative and efficient with extreme attention to detail. He kept us informed on his anticipated arrival time and provided a brief summary of what the service included and how long it might take. We had a quick peak at the debris collected from our furnace ducts and were so glad for the service. Great value. We also included the sanitization application of Benefect, a plant based, Tyme, disinfectant. Also great value. 5 stars for Proair and their Service Tech Edward.

Would definitely have ProAir in to fix my heating system again. Very thorough, got the parts quickly and got my heat and hot water working in no time at all. The two young fellows that did the repair were very personable and very thorough. A big thank you to Steve for being so patient in trying to explain to a female what the problem was ? great job, I know it wasn’t easy. Great company and very friendly staff. ?

Excellent service! We bought a new to us home. The heater stopped working after a few weeks during a very cold spell. Called ProAir in the morning, they sent Mark out that afternoon. Mark needed to order a part, so he made sure we had an alternative source of heat and looked over our gas fireplace to make sure it was working and recommended to at least have our furnace serviced since we were not sure of the last time it was serviced. Mark also shared with us honest information about our furnance and what we could expect in the coming years with recommendations.
