I was changing a door handle on my 97 truck. During that process you have to push a retaining clip in and this one was a bit rusty. I was able to get the lock cylinder out but the retainer would not come out. I called Master Locksmith for some advice so that I did not have to replace it. Well he was very helpful and polite on the phone. Now my door lock is in place, and I am thankful for the advice.

Very friendly, shop is clean and organized. All the keys I got cut work, and the price was much more reasonable than I imagined. Only going here from now on for any thing key related
