Green Emerald Construction built our home in a new development in Sicamous. We absolutely love our home and neighborhood. The house was constructed with SIP walls and retains it's coolness in the summer and warmth in the winter. We have spacious rooms and equally spacious halls and doorways. Gary and Shane gave us ideas and asked for our contributions at all times. We were able to reach out to either of them at any time, and they would answer the call (if not, they returned our calls within 24 hours). They were also able to return to fix a couple of minor issues and they always take the time for a personal chat. We wish them all the best and highly recommend their services....read full review
We just installed a couple of drop ceilings for Shane on one of his small renovations. From a subcontractors point of view, Shane was awesome to deal with. He was responsive with any questions, and easy to talk though any problems or "job conditions" with. I was on site to see his interactions with the home owner and was very impressed. He was calm, patient and always had a smile. I look forward to hopefully doing more work along side Shane and his team.
