I have been getting my hair cut by Jill, for over 10 years. She is a diamond lady, and I love her to pieces. She is a true artisan, and hair cutting and styling is her art and craft. I would place her easily, at Red Seal Standard. She is a careful listener, as well. Some of her clients have been coming to Jill for decades. I think I’ll be one of them.
