I've been training for an upcoming race and suffered a calf strain. I met with Eva and she went thorough a thorough evaluation. From this she is working with me to develop a plan to recover, continue with a modified training plan and provided additional exercises to help prevent future recurrence. I left feeling positive about maintaining my fitness without aggravating the strain.

Jon is a super friendly & trustworthy guy and also a great mechanic. We had some issues with our car overheating and needed all new condenser and radiator fans. He went out of his way to try and help us find used parts from wrecking yards in the area to try and keep the cost down (our car is really old and isn't worth putting new parts in) - Although he couldn't find us used parts, in the end he took care of us the best he could and fixed all of the issues we were having.
Had a great experience today. Professional, accommodating and the best Blow dry I have ever had. My hair is coarse and curly. Lauren is exceptional at what she does.

Joel and his team built our new home in Rossland while we were two provinces away. Joel and Erin kept us updated and guided us throughout the process. They were very responsive to questions and took the time to understand our vision.
