We've had our house inspected twice, when purchased and then as we started a down-to-the-studs reno. We were very lucky to hire Laurie from Accurate House Inspections for the 'reno.' He gave us clear and complete information, and we found out some things about our house that were clearly there when we bought it, but was not in the other company's buyers report.
I will never buy another house here on the Sunshine Coast - unless Laurie does the inspection. He's thorough, professional and we trust his knowledge and expertise.
