I had a very good initial visit today with Dr. Peggy Howard. From being greeted when I came in the door until the end of my visit was a very positive experience. Dr. Howard listened to me and I felt she understood my issues and she provided me with the help I needed. Five stars for sure.

I had such a great experience with Kathryn as my RMT today. She listened to my needs and created a safe space for me to relax into my massage. I’ve had plenty of massages in the past and this was one of the best I’ve ever had. Afterwards she gave me personalized advice for my body and how to release the tension I hold in my shoulders. I will definitely be going back for more massages with Kathryn. Thank you!
