False advertising of decision within 2hours. Been waiting 24 and no answer. Called the office 3 times just to get told twice it's being worked on and once that the girl would get head office to call me right away. That's been an hour and still waiting. Not very good customer service?then I call the toll free number to be told that the lady I talked to will look into it and call me back in a couple minutes...almost an hour ago. Very unsatisfactory customer service. Doesn't even deserve the one star I gave more like -5 stars

The staff here has always been polite and helpful. The manager Tasha is one of the nicest people I know and she always goes over and above to make my experience here the best it can be! I highly recommend this place for anyone's next loan!!

I love Venue Financial, they always do what they can to help you, and they always go out of there way to ensure your money is safe! The girls have helped me out a substantial amount, and I always appreciate seeing there smiles!
