Reviews
Vilmar and Jose were responsible for a large portion of the work as the result of an insurance claim project in our home and did a very good job.
They were careful, conscientious and excellent communicators.
They were careful to take care of all of our belongings and our home throughout the process.
Universal Restorations is fortunate to have these two gentlemen on their team.
Wow where to begin! To start a supply line to our upstairs toilet let go and water flowed for about 10 minutes. It found its way to the basement via the heating system. A thorough assessment was done that day and fans, humidifiers and heating pads were setup to draw moisture out of the home. The staff are calm and reassuring and well equipped with all the equipment needed to do the work. A BIG appreciative shout out to all the crew from Linda, Bob and Ruby.
