I highly recommend this Iris Location in Quesnel, BC Lately I have experienced two situations that exemplify their excellent service . First a friend had recent eye surgery and needed advice and reassurance. They made sure she was seen immediately and performed all available tests and examinations. She left feeling confident that all was well. They followed up again the next day.
Then I had my usual eye exam and ordered new glasses. When I received my new glasses I felt the prescription was slightly incorrect. The optometrist rechecked and it was accurate. Extremely helpful, cannot wait for my new glasses. Eye exam was thorough, explained everything to me. Staff friendly and helped me pick out a beautiful pair of glasses and explained the process.

We always enjoy going to our local IRIS store. It is really well looked after and staffed with great, friendly people who know what they are talking about and can give insightful suggestions.
