I have been going to Downtown Dental, for a few years now and have never experienced anything that hurt. As a matter of fact I usually fall asleep in the chair, and had never done that with my old dentist. This staff is amazing and very friendly.

During the holidays I had severe tooth pain and the lady at the front after hearing my story was kind enough to book an appointment for me is less than 5 days. That's the good part. ????Now when I went to get my tooth pulled the younger girl didn't put enough freezing stuff in and I went into severe pain. After the 2nd painfull attempt she tells me "Were very busy today Can you come back in a month to get your tooth pulled, we'll put you on antibiotics it'll be okay"Immediately I said no do it now please. That's wrong my tooth was halfway out and she tries to get me to leave! After putting in the freezing stuff for a 3rd time, I finally get my tooth out which I'm grateful.I leave a negative review because I was shocked the young girl insisted I go home for a month with a half pulled tooth. That just doesn't seem right.Her boss needs to tell her not to treat patients like that.And by the way with my previous dentist I had two different teeth pulled and felt no pain at all.
