I have been going to Downtown Dental, for a few years now and have never experienced anything that hurt. As a matter of fact I usually fall asleep in the chair, and had never done that with my old dentist.
This staff is amazing and very friendly.
Sonny does great work and really listens to what you want. Highly recommend downtown dental!
During the holidays I had severe tooth pain and the lady at the front after hearing my story was kind enough to book an appointment for me is less than 5 days. That's the good part. ????Now when I went to get my tooth pulled the younger girl didn't put enough freezing stuff in and I went into severe pain. After the 2nd painfull attempt she tells me "Were very busy today Can you come back in a month to get your tooth pulled, we'll put you on antibiotics it'll be okay"Immediately I said no do it now please. That's wrong my tooth was halfway out and she tries to get me to leave! After putting in the freezing stuff for a 3rd time, I finally get my tooth out which I'm grateful.I leave a negative review because I was shocked the young girl insisted I go home for a month with a half pulled tooth. That just doesn't seem right. Her boss needs to tell her not to treat patients like that. And by the way with my previous dentist I had two different teeth pulled and felt no pain at all.
