Marc inspected a property we ended up purchasing and was very thorough and professional. As other reviewers have noted, Marc was very kind, patient and helpful. Marc was able to accommodate a weekend inspection for us on short notice. He walked us through the house explaining various issues he found. The result of the inspection was a detailed report that also included detailed possible solutions to problems that were found, in addition to sources for repair ballpark estimates.
