This company met every commitment they made. The service tech was knowledgeable and professional. The jobsite was clean before, during and after. Justin cares about his work. This company solved a problem that i was quoted much more to resolve and i wasnt convinced would. My first call from now on.

One month ago Western Mechanical installed a new furnace and last night I saw water/condensate leaking from the bottom of the furnace. This morning I called Western Mechanical and the receptionist said she would put in an emergency service call to get someone to look at the furnace right away - within a half an hour a service technician showed up, fixed the problem no charge, and said to call again if there are any issues. Joel was reassuring, professional, took his shoes off at the door and his work was tidy with no mess left behind (SUPER respectful, really appreciated), always friendly service and treats you like family. Thank you so much, I couldn't be happier!

These guys are super awesome! They are the best. At - 39 this morning they started installing new furnace at 8:30. Despite a few obstacles they are making sure they finish the Job. They rock!!Service: Heating system repair
