definitely cant be trusted! we followed every bit of the hunting regulations and they manufactured evidence for federal charges out of thin air. they have absolute authority to do anything they want with no accountability.

Easier to locate for animals who are in need of assistance .
There is a bull elk close to youbou, that had a scotch man wrap around one of his tines. It’s fairly large scotch man , orange so he is easy spot. I saw him at the hardroper creek bridge on north shore rd , youbou . He with a herd.
This looks very concerning for his well being . He has this big ball swing around his antlers and head .
I don’t have phone to call . So I hope this elk can be tracked down.
I don’t believe he should be too hard to locate , as the elk in this area seem to gather close to old youbou mill , early in the am .
