“Easier to locate for animals who are in need of assistance . There is a bull elk close to youbou, that had a scotch man wrap around one of his tines. It’s fairly large scotch man , orange so he is easy spot. I saw him at the hardroper creek bridge on north shore rd , youbou . He with a herd. This looks very concerning for his well being . He has this big ball swing around his antlers and head . I don’t have phone to call . So I hope this elk can be tracked down. I don’t believe he should be too hard to locate , as the elk in this area seem to gather close to old youbou mill , early in the am . He can’t be missed with a medium size scotch man attached to his antlers. I hope help for him will be sent out ASAP .”
