Very pleased with Prince Rupert Optometry. My girlfriend booked me for an eye exam. The entire team was great, friendly, professional, informative. The optometrist was awesome and very helpful, easy to talk to and she answered any questions I had. I did well enough on my eye exam that I didn't necessarily even *need* to get glasses, and the optometrist was honest in that and didn't try to push me or sell me on needing a pair. I had a minor prescription and ended up deciding to get a pair of glasses from P.R.O. choosing from their wide selection of frames in store. The whole family went in for eye appointments. It was the first time for both kids. They were awesome with the kids. Explaining everything as they went and really making them comfortable with the experience. Also, they were not super pushy about buying the frames and lenses from them, like a lot of places are. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially for kids. We will definitely be going back.

Prince Rupert optometry as exceeded my needs as a patient. Multiple times I have needed to be seen on an urgent basis and they have accommodated my needs accordingly. Front desk staff are polite, well knowledgeable and take the time to get the sense of client needs.
