Have exclusively used this place since moving to town on the recommendation of a co-worker. The cuts I have gotten have been great. They are a little slower than I am accustomed to but a job well done and friendly.It was going well until today. I have a bit of a rushed schedule the next couple of days and needed to fit in a haircut so I decided to call and make an appointment.Arriving a few minutes before my appointment the chairs were both occupied with another person waiting. Relieved I made an appointment I entered the shop and sat down. No greeting from either stylist but one did look up at me so that was something.I was patient as the people in the chairs were both going beyond my appointment as I know the business has to make money and likely had a walk in they tried to squeeze in. 10 minutes after my appointment one of the people in the chair finished. As they were paying, the ever so friendly stylist that "greeted" me, directed the lady sitting already to the empty chair.Message received loud and clear. My business is not important to you. I will have to fit a haircut in when I go to Terrace I guess. I thought the point of appointments were to be convenient for both the stylist and customer. I guess not in this business. I don't buy they were busy or backed up or anything either, or they should have taken the time to acknowledge me and my appointment to let me know they were running behind.If you have lots of time on your hands and don't care about being treated respectfully as a paying customer, I haven't been disappointed yet in the cut. If you have a life and want to be respected as a customer, I can't guarantee this is always the right place. 3 stars is a fair rating.Service: Hairstyling
