More recently, after an unexpected and stressful situation upon taking possession of our new home, Hunter and the entire J&J team were there for us immediately. Their responsiveness, clear communication, and willingness to step in without hesitation made a stressful experience far more manageable. They kept us fully informed throughout the process and acted quickly to safely remove hazardous materials from our home.
Hired J&J for both structural and landscaping work on our property & they have been nothing but professional, helpful and friendly. They even recommended we hire cash labourers for part of one job to help us save money, and they lent us shovels to use! You don't see that kind of service much anymore, it was greatly appreciated 🙂. We're looking forward to having them back next spring/summer to put the finishing touches on our backyard reno and to put in some French drain systems. We will DEFINITELY be hiring them for any future projects, as they're truly a pleasure to work with.
