Thank you so much Muhamed!! He was only filling in at the Prince Rupert office for a few days (I believe from Victoria) and he was SO helpful. He explained everything to me in terms I understood, let me read through the entire contract without interruptions, and answered all questions I had. He was able to get me approved quite quickly. offered me a drink while I waited, and was extremely sociable and talkative so it wasn't boring and no awkward silences!Thank you again Muhamed!
