I had a tool box to ship to Prince Rupert BC, my local shipping company said they could only get it to Edmonton and id be responsible to get it the rest of the way, I reached out to bandstra, and they arranged all pick ups and drop offs. I can honestly say only 2 wrenchs out of place in my tool box, thats some smooth operation considering the distance traveled . Delivered without damage and within a timely manner, I am extremely pleased with the service from BANDSTRA PRINCE RUPERT .
