I see Rhea every month and I always look forward to coming back! She's super knowledgeable and friendly! I think the membership is appropriately priced and their products are worth swapping with my current routine. I also appreciate the consistency between locations :)

After the closure of the Metrotown location, I moved my membership over to Suter Brook and I have to say that I am glad I did. I used to find that the level of satisfaction varied depending on my esthetician . However, at Suter Brook, I find more consistency and have left each time very satisfied with the level of service.

They were very accommodating as I did only walk in after not visiting this place since Covid. The only thing I wished they used utensils for extraction rather than using hands. I only say this because I had very bad acne before and my dermatologist always said even during facials avoid extraction with hands. Otherwise, it was a lovely experience!
