Made an appointment with Jess for a haircut and requested a colour consultation. She was truly fantastic! She spent some extra time doing a toner for me, which I really needed. This is the first time in a long time that I actually love how my hair looks! The cut is perfect, and the colour is so much better than it was before. I will definitely be going back to her again!
Right before a big anniversary trip last year, I went to a very well-known salon in Vancouver, paid an eye watering amount for rich dark brunette with dimension and movement. I ended up with damaged hair and stripey, brassy highlights. I should've went back, I know, I know. Life threw everything it had at me right after that salon visit and I never went back to get it fixed.
Six months later I FINALLY booked in with Jennah. Giiiiiirl let me tell you, Jennah did a big one. She fixed the brassy highlights and gave me quite literally the best hair I've ever had.
