I had a great experience with Brightex. Leo was on time, went above what I was expecting by moving the couches and cleaning underneath. My old carpets are nice and clean including pet-stained areas. Highly recommended.
Excellent service by Leo and he was very honest. Even though he had under quoted me for my job as he misunderstood the scope, he refused to charge me the amount it should have cost. I would highly recommend him on the basis of his work and his scruples.
Leo arrived on time and was professional. He walked through and assessed the carpets before he began. He did a great, thorough job!
