I get my 2009 Mazda 3 repaired and serviced here and for each major repair the service team has been excellent, particularly Marie at the front desk. I find that they are upfront in their estimates and they stick to the initial quote when the bill comes due. The online portal that they use to upload videos, authorize quoted work and pay invoices is particularly useful.Great customer service overall.

Had an incredible experience at OpenRoad Mazda! Saw an ad on FB and needed to trade in my Jeep Compass. Got in touch with Johnny Fever and he hooked me up! Told him the particulars I needed and he had some cars picked out for me to test drive upon my arrival. Johnny made it so easy for me with his friendly approach and obvious love for what he does. He is an amazing sales associate! He knew what price range I needed and helped facilitate that for me. Fell in love with a candy apple red Mazda CX-30 and he really went to bat for me.
